Head coach for twenty-six years and have maintained a program that was second to none in the state of Mississippi with winning over eighty percent of games played. Within the last three years I have had ninety-five wins and three losses. I maintained a disciplined program and a structurally professional environment. I am a self-motivated athletic professional with extensive experience in leadership positions and working with teams. I have built my career upon the principles of efficient time management while also working well under pressure. Under my leadership, I envision a program that will represent what South Pike School District believes in and that program will possess integrity, good morals, values, and character. I believe that this will be a program that the community will be proud of and will both enjoy and love watching. I was raised and taught to do everything decent and excellent to the best of my ability; this program will be orchestrated around those principles. My efforts as a coach has landed over 700 wins during my career, and I plan to bring the adaptability, creativity, and longevity that are an instrumental part of my leadership capabilities.
