South Pike School District is seeking reliable and experienced lawn care professionals to maintain our school grounds and create a welcoming environment for our students, staff, and visitors. If you're passionate about lawn care and committed to delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you!
Scope of Work:
- Regular Lawn Maintenance: Mowing, edging, and trimming to ensure a tidy appearance.
- Weed Control: Implement effective strategies to keep weeds at bay and maintain healthy turf.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in commercial lawn care and landscaping.
- Reliable Equipment: Access to well-maintained equipment necessary to perform the required tasks efficiently.
- Licensing and Insurance: Valid licenses and insurance coverage to operate as a lawn care contractor in our area.
- Excellent Communication: Clear and timely communication throughout the contract.
