Osyka Elementary School (Pre-K–6th Grade) will hold early registration for the 2026–2027 school year from March 26, 2026, through April 24, 2026, between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Children entering Kindergarten must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2026, and Pre-K students must be 4 years old by that same date.
New Pre-K and Kindergarten students, as well as transfer students, are required to submit a completed 2026–2027 registration packet along with a parent or guardian photo ID, the child’s Social Security card, an original birth certificate, a current (non-expired) 121 immunization form, and two proofs of residency. Please note that a driver’s license cannot be used as proof of residency. Acceptable documents include a utility bill, a lease or mortgage agreement, an automobile registration, a voter registration card, a homestead exemption application, or a property deed. New students may pick up a packet between 8 am and 2 pm.
Returning students must also complete the 2026–2027 registration packet and provide two current proofs of residency. Registration packets will be sent home with current students for your convenience. Parents and guardians are encouraged to complete the process early to ensure a smooth start to the upcoming school year.
