Spring DTC Training

The Office of Student Assessment (OSA) will being conducting a virtual spring District Test Coordinator (DTC) training. The OSA will continue the approach from used last fall.

The following details will be provided to DTCs by the Office of Student Assessment (OSA):

Opening Session will be held Thursday, February 4, 2021, from 1:00 – 2:30 p.m.
This session will provide details of how to access the OSA and vendor pre-recorded trainings in Microsoft Teams. The OSA staff will demonstrate how to locate all links to the training and how to submit questions as the DTCs review each session. The opening session will also be recorded if the DTC cannot attend the live meeting.
The DTCs will have until Friday, March 5, 2021, to submit questions to the OSA.
The final meeting will be held on Thursday, March 11, 2021, from 1:30 – 3:00 p.m. The OSA will answer questions and provide any requested information. The final session will also be recorded if the DTC cannot attend the live meeting.
The MDE requests that only DTCs attend this virtual training. However, we encourage each DTC to share the recorded training with the STCs and other appropriate district staff and use the information for district training as needed.
