The HR Department is the heartbeat of any organization. Human Resources – the people who make up the workforce- are an asset. The HR Department ensures that the district’s greatest resources contribute their best to the success of the district.

Our services include receiving and processing applications (all positions), processing new hires, fingerprint and background check verification, adherence to district policy and procedure, conflict and grievance resolution, employment verification, and many other valuable resources.

The HR Department receive, review, and process job applications to ensure their compliance with District requirements necessary for employment within South Pike School District, prior to notification of appropriate personnel. The South Pike School District works to improve diversity within the district.  Additionally, the HR Department plays a major role in processing its’ employees through the exiting process when transitioning from the district.

It is the goal of the HR Department to create a positive, enjoyable work environment.  We strive to provide quality customer service.
