Hollis Nunnery and his great-grandfather and Amber Westmoreland and her dad were some of the guests who attended the breakfast held on February 17, 2007, at Eva Gordon

Elementary.

 

Eva Gordon Elementary had their first Reading Is Fundamental (RIF) program funded by our Reading First Grant.  Our theme was Caution:  Readers at Work.  Students wore hardhats as they chose their own books. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Fourth grader Marques Montague won the $25 drawing on Grandparents Day.  He chose a Scholastic Children’s Encyclopedia and a Bendy pencil as his prizes.
