SPHS BAND NEWS

 

The SPHS Marching Band marched in the Alcorn State University Homecoming Parade Saturday, Oct. 14, 2006.  Band directors are Mr. Reggie Jackson and Ms. Dawn Middleton.

South Pike High School Frontline Club

 

SPHS Frontline Club is working with “The Partnership For A Healthy Southwest Mississippi” to encourage students and people in the community not to use tobacco.  Club members Anna Hodges, Jonathan Hodges, and Blake Watkins participated in the Magnolia 150th Anniversary Parade on November 4, 2006.  Members distributed pamphlets on the effects of tobacco.  Their club sponsor is   Ms. Sara Martin.

Yearbooks for the 2006-2007 school year must be ordered  and paid for in advance.  The cost will be $25.00.

Scholarships
